Fokora is a focus timer and a real task manager in one app. Pick what you are going to do, start the timer, work — and get an honest account of where your time went.

Everything in Fokora is free. Not "free to try": free. The session lengths, the reports, the habits, the goals, the recurring tasks, all twelve ambient sounds. There is no trial that quietly expires on day three, no feature waiting behind a subscription, and no account to create.

A TIMER THAT DOES NOT LOSE A SECOND

• Fokora records when a session starts and ends, and works the rest out from the clock
• Lock your phone, switch apps, take a call, even close Fokora entirely: come back and the time is exact
• Finish early and keep the minutes you did — or log a session you forgot to time
• Focus, short break and long break, all of them yours to set
• Six modes: classic, deep focus, quick bursts, custom, stopwatch, plain countdown
• A warning one minute before the end, if you want it. Ticking is off unless you ask for it

TASKS THAT HOLD UP

• Notes, due date, start time, priority, project, tags, subtasks
• Estimate the sessions a task needs, and see how many it really took
• Recurring tasks that actually cover real life: chosen weekdays, every N days, working days, the 15th of the month, the second Tuesday, yearly
• Reminders at a set time or a few minutes before, with Snooze, Done and Focus straight from the notification
• Long-press to select several, then complete, move, postpone, add a tag — or remove one — in one go
• A day view sorted by start time, so it works as an agenda

HABITS, GOALS, REPORTS

• Habits with any rhythm, once or several times a day, with a streak that does not break on a day it was never due
• Daily, weekly and monthly goals, in minutes, sessions or tasks completed
• Total focus, daily average, best day, interruptions, time per project, time of day
• A focus calendar over the last twenty weeks

SOUNDS MADE ON YOUR PHONE

• Rain, storm, ocean, stream, forest, wind, fireplace, café, summer night, white, pink and brown noise
• Mix as many as you like, each with its own volume
• Every sound is generated by the app on your device: nothing is downloaded, and no recording is bundled

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

• No account, no server, no sync service: everything lives on your phone
• Export everything as JSON or CSV whenever you want, import it on a new phone
• Delete all of it in two taps
