This is the worst app. You cannot use any deals. When you try to add them to your cart it removes all the items and says add more items to use the deal. I tried to use the website and the app to get a deal they have but both the site and the app bug out and remove everything from the deal in the cart. Update: App is working much better. Deals and Coupons are working.

So sorry about this, Courtney! Sounds like there may be a configuration problem with the coupons. Can you please email custservice@donatos.com to let us know what coupons you were trying to use, and what location you were trying to order from? We would love the opportunity to make this up to you!

Your "rewards update" is useless to the customer. Time to spend my money at other restaurants. You can only use the reward with a full price menu item. Your food is already more expenssive than any other chain store. update: it is now late March of 2026 and I lost my rewards due to the above issue. it's still a problem so your information is incorrect.

I last gave this app a 1-star review back in Sept 2023, due to it being almost unusable. It's May 2026, and it's now COMPLETELY unusable. 95% of the time, the app won't load; when it actually does, it either crashes, the buttons don't work, or you can't use your deals. You're better off just using the website to order.
