Extremely limited deals, super stingy on their points/rewards, and the fact that you can't combine your rewards that you earned by spending a substantial amount of money on, with "deals" is absolutely bs, you can only either "save money" with the deal or with the rewards you've accumulated after spending hundreds of dollars. This is the worst app. You cannot use any deals. When you try to add them to your cart it removes all the items and says add more items to use the deal. I tried to use the website and the app to get a deal they have but both the site and the app bug out and remove everything from the deal in the cart. Update: App is working much better. Deals and Coupons are working.

Your "rewards update" is useless to the customer. Time to spend my money at other restaurants. You can only use the reward with a full price menu item. Your food is already more expenssive than any other chain store. update: it is now late March of 2026 and I lost my rewards due to the above issue. it's still a problem so your information is incorrect.
