Using the app is easy, made some matches and had some great conversations. even set up a date. however, the app stopped working. profiles don't load, the swipe feature is stuck on "try again" and no response from tech support. hopefully I don't miss out on meeting someone I've connected with because of this.

The reason it's low is that customer support isn't replying back to any messages I've sent them, whether it's emailing or messaging them through the app. Now the app isn't working. I'm getting some 404 error, whatever that is. All that I know is I know I was talking to someone on there, and it was going to places, and now, with this error. This date I made for her and I in 2 weeks won't happen cause I can't talk with her. This is what a great lack of customer support gets you.

this app is clearly a scam. for crying out loud half the "women" You talk to pops up three to four messages that say "thinking" gives a quick run down of what you said and a list of potential responses then responds with one of the options. it seems real enough for long enough to get you to pay for some credits. however you'll never speak to anything. beyond a computer program.
