Government officers ask us to check status in this app. The app cites Server Error since 1 month back. The app shows the current step but doesn't show a tentative timeline or next step in the process. The app doesn't have any means to provide feedback.

Put FAQ card in the home page that describes what each status means in detail. for e.g., I was confused in "ready for shipment" I doubted if it was ready to receive. but after countless yt videos, I came to find there is yet another status 'ready to collect' otherwise, the app is fast. thanks for that..

The application concept for passport services is commendable, but the execution falls far short of expectations. The passport tracking system is incredibly slow, and the data management system appears outdated and inefficient. There is a pressing need to upgrade to a real-time tracking system that provides accurate updates to users.
