Product is really good and awesome & I'm happy with the quality. However, the delivery was very late. Order was already prepaid, but it has still not been delivered even after almost 6 days. The app also never shows exact tracking details, which makes it hard to know where the order is. Even when I contacted the support team, they kept giving the same response, saying they were unable to fetch my order details and asked me to try again later. This has been very frustrating. Improve ur delivery..

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Worst service ever! I placed my order on 14th, and I still haven't received it. At the time of ordering, the website showed 24–48 hours for delivery, but it's been far longer than that. Every time I contact customer support, they keep saying, "Please wait another 48 hours," but nothing changes. I also emailed them several times, and all I received were automated replies instead of an actual solution. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. No proper update.

i do two orders one is paid and one was unpaid. the unpaid one is came next day and the paid one the customer support said it's will be delivered on 19th July if you want urgently cancel it and re-order it... what is this mean they they don't have any value of there customers who paid first I seriously never order product from dot and key.... very bas experience
