The products are lovely! they helped in fully re-building my skin but the only problem is whenever we place the order from the official app. it almost takes 10-15 days to deliver and if I compare with nykaa, which usually delivers in 2-3 days! it takes a hella lot of time! also you can't even track the order status! So yes the product are amazing but you can't get them on time from the App!

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Worst service ever! I placed my order on 14th, and I still haven't received it. At the time of ordering, the website showed 24–48 hours for delivery, but it's been far longer than that. Every time I contact customer support, they keep saying, "Please wait another 48 hours," but nothing changes. I also emailed them several times, and all I received were automated replies instead of an actual solution. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. No proper update.

I have been using Dot & Key products for a long time and usually order from Flipkart and Amazon. Recently, I ordered 2 sunscreens from the official Dot & Key app during the Buy One Get One sale. Unfortunately, both products arrived opened box and the packaging stickers were already removed. They looked like they had been used. This is very disappointing, especially for skincare products. I expected properly sealed and untouched products from the official app.
