The product is awesome, but the delivery service is the worst. My delivery was expected on 17th March, but I still haven’t received it. The app keeps showing false delivery attempts with reasons like “vehicle breakdown,” which is unacceptable. I have already paid for the order, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer care, there has been no proper support. I placed my order on the 26th and have already completed the payment, yet there has been no update regarding the delivery status or expected arrival date. I have tried contacting customer support multiple times, but all I receive are automated responses. There is no option to speak with a real person, which makes the situation even more frustrating. This level of service is highly unprofessional. I request you to provide a clear update on my order and ensure it is delivered as soon as possible.

The product is really good and awesome, and I’m happy with the quality. However, the delivery was very late. The app also never shows exact tracking details, which makes it hard to know where the order is. Even when I contacted the support team, they kept giving the same response saying they were unable to fetch my order details and asked me to try again later. I hope the app improves its delivery service and tracking system.
