Very disappointing experience with Dot & Key. One of the products in my order was missing, but despite raising a complaint, I neither received the product nor a refund. Customer support kept asking me to wait 24–48 hours, and calling customer care was useless as I was only met with automated AI responses. After 3 days, I was told that their CCTV footage showed the product being packed, and therefore they could not help me further. As a customer, I can only report what I actually received.

Very disappointing experience. I placed my order on 24th May, and even after 6 days it has not been properly shipped. Customer support keeps giving different answers every time I contact them. First I was told I would receive a tracking ID within 48 hours, then I was informed the order had not even been handed over to the delivery partner. Refund requests were also denied. Poor customer service, lack of transparency, and no accountability. Definitely not the experience I expected from this brand

Dot & Key might provide good deals and products,but ordering through app has never been hectic like this before. Everyday my order gets Out for Delivery and updated as Delivery FAILED at the day end without any call from delivery valet. when I tried calling them through the provided contact,nobody responded. it's happening in loop for a week now. Customer Support is not that helpful too.
