used their aap 1st time and placed prepaid order of 4 products but didn't received not even a single item . all the items from the box were missing and in 2nd order 1 items was missing. it's been 4 days I raised complaint for it but didn't received any updates from their end . pathetic service . Disappointed. its better to order from other apps

I had a very disappointing experience with Dot & Key.I placed an order and the amount was successfully deducted from my account,but after that, the order didn't show up in my order history. I waited for updates, but nothing happened.When I contacted customer support and requested a refund,I was assured it would be processed soon. However, it's been quite a while, and I still haven't received my refund.This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating.I trusted the brand,but what's now? it's scam

I had a very bad experience with the Dot & Key app. My order was cancelled long ago, but I still haven’t received my refund even after many days. Their customer service is very disappointing — no proper response or support. Such a big brand should care about their customers, but they clearly don’t. Very unreliable app. I’ll never order from here again.
