Worst skincare app I have ever seen in my life I ordered the products on 1 week back I didn't receive any products and information about my order. It's very bad about your app they didn't respond to my calls mails and msg.the tracking will show only shipment booked it's not changing from that day I am already prepaid for my products😡

What is wrong with you people? I'm trying to reach out but there's literally no response. I ordered like around 2 weeks ago, but there's no delivery. I'm literally try to reach out at least three times, thro insta, whatsApp, the app itself, mail, but it just doesn't. I've already paid for my order and it's quite a lot for me atleast. Please reach out to me and get me all my 6 products delivered ASAP.

Products were good but they didn't deliver my package and tracking shows delivered and nothing is done till date it's been 11th day now . Worst service by any brand app . Too much disappointment. They are not ever refunding . Never apply for pre paid orders or use any other apps for ordering never using dot and key ever .. ....
