Can no longer store my music where I need to. So, what's the point?? Since the update I am no longer able to store this app on my sd card...I loved double twist enough to pay for it. Now, I am going to delete it. I feel taking away that option was a huge mistake. 😕
Very well laid out. The only thing I would really like to see on the app sometime is some easier way to categorize my playlist. As it stands I have to drag a song up or down to change position in a playlist and not very quickly to rearrange especially if I have 100 songs in a playlist.
Can't sync or listen to songs on SD Card Upgraded to Marshmallow and now I can't change storage option in doubletwist to SD card. Now the app only shows songs on my internal memory. Please get this bug fixed ASAP
playlist order issues (still) So, if you're an organized person like me alnd have playlists with an order, you're going to HATE this app. Since about a year ago, EVERY SINGLE TIME I ADD A NEW SONG I HAVE TO UPDATE PLAYLIST ORDER. If there was a better alternative, I wouldn't think twice about uninstalling doubletwist. EDIT: Was following doubletwist walkthrough on resetting album art. It ended up removing my playlists too (haven't checked the album art yet). Should have just brought an iPhone. Just wait for cloud player.
Got worse hopeful for fix. Ever since the marshmallow os update double twist has duplicated all the songs that were saved to my sd card. The songs will have the right artist and title but wont play and the duplicated track will have the right title but say unkown artist and play properly. Have checked the sd card and had the phone to looked at by a sprint technician. This didnt happen before update. And make playlist easier to create.
As far as I can tell, the desktop app used to sync music doesn't work well with Windows 10. There's no way to set the path to show doubleTwist where my music is located. So far I haven't been able to get this app to do anything. :/
New in v2.6.5:
♬ Fixed an issue that was causing "connected to computer" message for some users after upgrading to Android 6.
We are working on a major app revamp that will bring a new audio engine, 10-band EQ and a material design UI. We have been beta testing the new engine in our sister app doubleTwist CloudPlayer so give it a try if you would like a sneak peak at the audio engine improvements that are coming to the classic doubleTwist Player in the near future.
