An appalling waster of time. Slow to authenticate. Requires repeated attempts after long timeouts. Infuriating to be subjected to a system that repeatedly fails more than it succeeds. Leads to a lot of lost time and work. No way to troubleshoot problems. Locks you out of laptop for duration of issues with authentication. Has more issues at peak hours. Better off with using a password.

No longer approves access by using fingerprint. I now have to unlock by putting in the ridiculously long password every time my computer locks every 15 minutes. It is so aggravating! *Update* Issue has now been fixed and I can log in using my fingerprint again. Quick assistance on getting the issue resolved.

Half the time it will expire the authentication before I had a chance to open the request. We are talking milliseconds from the request showing up to putting my finger on the screen. The other half it takes a minute or more to reach so my computer goes dark before I can enter it. And then I have to ask for a new authorization. I wish we used something different for work Incredibly frustrating.

What’s new

This release adds a Reload Settings button on the Help page in addition to the existing swipe-to-refresh gesture on the Home page. Both options are now available, giving you more flexibility in how you refresh your settings.
