Half the time it will expire the authentication before I had a chance to open the request. We are talking milliseconds from the request showing up to putting my finger on the screen. The other half it takes a minute or more to reach so my computer goes dark before I can enter it. And then I have to ask for a new authorization. I wish we used something different for work Incredibly frustrating.

Thanks for your feedback This issue is related to a known bug in the Android 16 Beta affecting Google Play Services, which can cause apps to crash on launch. As a workaround, we recommend downgrading to the latest stable Android version or waiting for an upcoming Google update that resolves the issue.

never works properly, always have to call support because something doesn't sinc. won't ping, wrong password, ECT...

SDO phone app not working today. Running Android 16 on Samsung A53. Receive the following message: Something went wrong with Octopus Octopus closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error.
