way too many accidental recordings that are hard to delete. can't empty the trash. The GUI is dated with little thought put into this app. there's very little device control. The accidental recordings are maddening. Considering it advertised, it didn't have as many as other devices. Even though you select English and wants to do everything in Chinese and trying to change transcriptions back from Chinese to English is almost impossible their programmer did a bad job on this app

I just bought the device. I've recorded a couple things. I downloaded the app, and now have uninstalled and tried again. I can't get past the registration because after I enter the code that it sends the activation button does not work. I've tried multiple times in multiple ways. I'm very bummed and hope I don't have to sent it back because an activation button won't work.

Overall for new tech it's fine. the app doesn't always hold the transcript, meaning I have to get it to do the work 2 or. more times. sort of doesn't sync to the web account either. overall, it's much cheaper than the big players and that's noticable in the functionality of the app and device itself.
