I purchased the AI Recorder (generic Plaud) from Amazon and downloaded the app only to find it is basically useless. Even though I paid for an annual Pro subscription, it did not add anything more and was just a waste of $30. I have no idea why anyone would put an app like this out for the public. Transcription lacks a lot to be desired. Cannot organize the folders you create into a sensible file structure. F-FAIL!

way too many accidental recordings that are hard to delete. can't empty the trash. The GUI is dated with little thought put into this app. there's very little device control. The accidental recordings are maddening. Considering it advertised, it didn't have as many as other devices. Even though you select English and wants to do everything in Chinese and trying to change transcriptions back from Chinese to English is almost impossible their programmer did a bad job on this app

I just bought the device. I've recorded a couple things. I downloaded the app, and now have uninstalled and tried again. I can't get past the registration because after I enter the code that it sends the activation button does not work. I've tried multiple times in multiple ways. I'm very bummed and hope I don't have to sent it back because an activation button won't work.
