DownToDate™ is the first dating app exclusively for physicians created by physicians.
Currently only available in the US but check back soon for anticipated expansion!

Our medically themed platform was designed for those too busy staying up to date to find love.
To ensure authenticity, we require that all users are verified before permitting access.
A monthly subscription is required however, new subscribers get 2 weeks free to try it out.

As physicians, we have dedicated ourselves to the most noble and sacred calling to serve others.
Understandably, no one knows what a career in medicine entails and the hefty toll it exacts financially, physically, and emotionally better than a fellow colleague.
As we go through training; we live, learn, laugh, and cry together. Why not love?

To find your personal consult, just complete Steps 1-3 below.
(We promise it’s easier and more exciting than the boards!)

Step 1: Log in to your verified account and complete your HPI questionnaire and ROS user demographics.

Step 2: Begin viewing profiles & request any interesting consults by tapping the heart icon.

Step 3: Mutually requested consults will result in an Accepted Consult! where you will now be permitted to page (direct message) each other.

Tip: Don't forget to set your preferences!
You can filter by training level, specialty, and location, among others.

Ratings and reviews

Frustrating app. Can match and send first message but can't open the messaging system to view response or send another. Released in Oct 2021 and last updated Dec 2021. Over a year without an update. Seems like the only reason they keep it around is hoping folks forget to cancel their free trial as its completely unusable.

It's a good idea, but way too slow and has way too many bugs (like a grey screen instead of profiles) that make it way too unreliable to be a replacement for any mainstream app at this point. Had contacted the developers but has noticed no changes so far

Great idea if it worked. No way am I going to pay after the trial. Horrible execution. I think they are waiting for Match or eHarmony to buy them. Maybe they can fix the app. Filtering doesn't work. I don't want children but 95% of my search results are women who want kids. Puh lease, isn't this the MOST important criteria in a dating app? App crashes CONSTANTLY. Cannot see my Pending consults, crashes immediately. I got a notification that someone responded to my consult, nothing shows!!!! 😡🤬
