Overall the app does two things very well and one thing is fairly confusing: 1) amazing interface and visibility for overall goals and progress, daily goals and progress and even showing macros by the meal is fantastic. 2) forcing protein/lb bw (and letting carb/fat be the adjusted slider) is very conducive to weight loss The Downside) The check-ins make no sense to me. It can clearly see when I miss or hit all of my macro or caloric goals, yet it still sometimes makes wild (or no) changes

The changes that the app makes are based on your weight trend! We use a multi-week rolling average of your weight to make adjustments. If you contact we are always happy to further explain why adjustments have or have not been made by the coach!

I love the functionality of the app and how it is all set up. However, how can you put a product out in the market, charge top dollar and out of 10 products I scan, all of them have the wrong nutritional information?!?! Dr.Layne and team, please fix this, it is annoying and frustrating. Get a better database to pull the info from. Edit: more food items are being included but still, sometimes you acan an item and something else shows up. Overall, not.bad 8/10

Excellent results so far. The app has me at 1630 calories a day and I'm losing 1 lb a week. I have plenty of energy and am not hungry. Even able to eat pretty much what I want as long as calories and macros are in line. Other apps had me at 1300 calories, but not losing and feeling miserable. It was a leap of faith to pay the $89, but was so worth it. As a woman who is 60 years old, I thought that it was just ageing and that there was nothing to be done but get old and die. This app is great!
