I love this app! It has been life changing. Previously I was paying for a coach & MyFitnessPal. This gave me the option of both and for way cheaper! The app is extremely easy to use. And it takes out all the guess work! Granted it will take a few weeks to learn your body. But I love how much control you have. From picking the macro split, to adjusting your calories throughout the week, this thing does it all. The food log has a huge selection and adding food/recipes is super easy! Just get it!

I'm two months in and I made a full switch from MFP. I get to choose which high day I want and it fixes the macros for all other days, and the coach gave me the exact numbers I needed after the first week. I couldn't make the switch from MFP at first because I've been using it since 2011 and all my foods, recipes, and my weight data for the past 9 years are there, but it's worth the switch. Tip: every time you cook an old recipe, add it to carbon and you'll have your ful database in no time.

Great app. Unlike all the tracking apps, it actively adjusts macros every week according to your personal metabolism. It is the next best thing to an actual coach at a fraction of the price. I have lost 35 pounds in 6 months eating 2800 calories a day. I have a ton of flexibility in what I eat as long as it fits the macros the coach gives me. This means I am able to stick to the plan much more easily than I was able to with the tracking app I was using that told me I should be eating 1800 calories a day. A number that didn't change as I exercised more or lost weight. In addition to the great coaching, the built in food tracker is super flexible. I've seen reviews where people complained about not being able to track micronutrients or create recipes. Both are false. The tracker has tons of scannable items and if I can't scan it, it takes seconds to put it in myself and then its there forever. Creating recipes is simple and quick as well. Can't recommend this app enough. In addition to the app, the Facebook group is super supportive and informative and the app creators are constantly putting out very useful free information.
