While the app is very straight forward and easy to use, my service area of Tampa, FL is lacking in available vehicles. I understand peak hours around lunch but even before and after, waits are 40 minutes to over an hour. The service is on good if you know you're going to use it well in advance. Even still, you have to snipe the app for the ride times. 2 stars for over ease of ACTUALLY getting the ride when you need it.

It was great at first I didn't have to wait long and the drivers were nice but now I have to wait for like 40 minutes and if I don't check the time every 2 minutes it says I misses my van and I have to wait again, they don't call anymore and it's really annoying. The drivers have also become more mean and rude lately. I would love to keep using this app and the down towner, but there are many flaws that should be fixed before I start using it again l

it does not properly pace a drivers car once my ride is accepted. If uber, lyft, Waze, google maps & any other GPS related apps can follow the pace of a car then this should too. the wait time will go from 10mins to 2mins and leave me unprepared to walk out in time to meet the driver. It's a delay long enough for the driver to think I'm not coming. This NEEDS an option to call the driver! Plenty of times it's heavy traffic downtown & I want to call to meet the driver at a safer pick up location
