The app does everything it is supposed to on my Samsung s26 Ultra; however, whenever I try to upload a race to the dragon server it goes through an AI step that makes an image for you that goes on the server, and that never works. the image always comes out completely blank. every time no matter what image I feed it. That said I'm going to give two stars because there is no support or help section in the draggy app only a few irrelevant FAQs. So I have no way to reach out and get it fixed.

Dragy app and device used to work flawlessly. Me and hundreds of other users are facing an issue where the app isn't connecting to the device, records are inaccurate, and there's a constant "low sat" message so runs are invalid at all times. App has been updated to their latest update and still facing issues. "Customer support" won't email you back when they tell you to reach out. Thousands of people are facing issues with this app now. My advice is to go purchase a PGear device for cheaper.

I like the app for the most part. My biggest issue is that I paid for this device and they give me ads in the app. Every single time I open the app there is a 5 second ad for "Dragy Routes". Every single time. I could open the app, close it, and reopen it and I will see 10 seconds of that ad. At the very least it should pause the ad if shown to you recently. This is very annoying to me. Also the old Dragy device is working worse now that they released the new one. Very suspect.
