Bought an on sale subscription, installed AP, first movie it hardlocked my phone so I had to hold down the power button for 10 seconds to restart, launched it again after restart, hardlocked again when trying to play a series. Restarted phone, launch again, clicked some random movie, it worked! So back out, click the series I wanted to see, hardlocked again. Uninstalling and am cancelling my account. I'm using a 6p with the latest version Android thru Verizon, so don't even try to tell me it could be a non compatibility issue.
Why dies it jave to be so difficult to unsubscribe??? Trying to un subscribe from my Shudder subscription I signed up and am billed via Google play. How do I unsubscribe. Followed link via email you sent me and takes me no where says unsubscribe but then nothing to assist with that. I'm cancelling my Shudder subscription. What do I do. Getting seriously frustrated. Not a good customer experience...
I have subscribed and unsubscribed to this service multiple times depending on how lazy i will be each month. i have very minor problems with this app such as the buffering issue and when it takes you to the top of a menu again after reading about a film. my favorite part of this app is the foreign films. foreign horrors are by far better than any american horrors. keep it fresh!
The first 3 or 4 months, I loved this app. I watched....a lot of horror movies. A great collection of various horror genres. But then I exhausted the library. My complaint is the lack of turnover and new quality movies. I check almost everyday and 9 out of 10 days there is nothing new that interests me. I would love to see more content added more frequently. That being said, for 4.99 per month... it's well worth it for horror nuts.
I signed up for a week free trial to watch a movie that I could only find on shudder and as a huge horror movie fan i figured with this being only horror movies it would packed full of great scary movies I was very disappointed!!! Only recognized a few movies! Thumbs down! Not worth 4.99 or 3.99 .plus it was super annoying clicking on a movie to read about it only to go back to the list and be out back at the very top and have to scroll all the way back down!!! Waste of money!!
Not that great the s loading screen pops up ever 15-30 secs and keeps you from actually getting into the movies. I have other movie and streaming apps and have no issues with internet connections.
