Signed up to watch a specific movie that was listed on the AMC+ app. Was suppose to be a 7 day trial. When I signed up I had to pay for the first month. No big deal. Then the movie was unavailable, so I tried to cancel my transaction. It's almost impossible to jump through all the hoops to cancel. Go to this link, go to that app, click on an option that's not on the screen...I still haven't been able to cancel.

This app on Apple TV 4K does not match the rest of the other platforms when it comes to accessing the subtitles. On other platforms, all you have to do is press up and select the subtitle button, but with Apple TV you have to use the stupid touch wheel to get to the subtitles, and even then it is almost impossible as the remote is very sensitive and keeps moving. For people with disabilities, this makes it very difficult to access the subtitles. Hope to see a change soon.

this app is the most unreliable broken thing I have ever experienced. it closes randomly every 6 to 8 minutes while watching anything.troubleshooting says to clear the cache to clear data to verify that the app is up to date all of these things have been done and the app just crashes every 6 to 8 minutes it's insane
