I have been unable to purchase a pass for more than a year now and support team dont have a clue on how to resolve the issue. the amount of stress I feel for not able to watch the match and struggle with support team is unimaginable. just like to add that the issue is still not resolved after more than two weeks. i am editing this feedback after two months and yet no solution. how pathetic can you be.

I use this service to watch formula 1 and amazing work guys! But I am getting ads while watching the races even after getting the season pass of formula 1, I'm not complaining but it kind of hinders the experience and it would be so much better not having ads while watching the race. Before the race or while watching highlights it is totally fine.

I don't see any point in paying for the best possible subscription and then having to endure constant video ads. 2 ads at the beginning of every race, which will again repeat if you ever exit the app or open something else. They also display ads in the midst of F1 races muting the commentary and minimising the race to a quarter of the screen. It's ridiculous
