Personal loans eligibility criteria
* Age: 21- 60 years
* Annual household income: ₹3,00,000
* Should be a resident of India
* Loan Amount: ₹100 to ₹20,00,000
* Repayment Tenure: 1 - 84 Months

Loan against mutual fund eligibility criteria:
* Age: 18-65 years, Mutual Fund Investment: Min. ₹2000 Portfolio, *Subject to Lender Policy
Should be a resident of India
* Loan Amount: ₹1000 to ₹50,00,000
* Repayment Tenure: 1 Month to 60 Months
Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 9.5% to 45%

EMI: ₹18,582 | Processing Fee: ₹17,700

Ratings and reviews

I have noticed that every time I use the CRED app, I receive reward cards, but they are not useful for anything. Earlier, I at least used to get cashback occasionally, but even that has stopped now. Sometimes the app gives shopping reward cards, but none of them are useful for even small purchases. Because of this, I am not using the app frequently. It would be better if CRED removes these irrelevant rewards and focuses more on providing real cashback or genuinely useful shopping vouchers.

Only good thing about this app that you can manage your credit card payments on a single platform. Rest everything is pointless. The rewards they offer are useless and pointless I have been offered an Audible subscription for 3 months about 15 times roughly. They fool you in name of cashback... you can only get them through that reward game and that also deducts your cred coins on every turn. Aside from the payment gateway everything else is just a Ponzi scheme.

CRED has one of the worst payment experiences because of its confusing UI. When I search a number for recharge, it shows previously paid/due transactions as suggestions at the top, even when I never intended to recharge that number. In a hurry, it’s very easy to select the wrong one and make an incorrect recharge. Trying to “help” users this way actually makes the experience worse. The searched number should be clearly shown and prioritized first.
