Ratings and reviews

The app was good so far, but once we explore for US stocks or buy US stocks or ETF'S , we will face the real issue. The technical team services are worse. Many days have gone, and they are dragging myself saying.. escalated to the relevant team. But all responses are sent to myself are for name sake only, and nobody is working on the issue. I have raised ticket via email and in their website also. No Use. I really don't know what happened to my investments, they left me in dark.

The App is good but the Customer Support is pathetic. Actually it's non existent. They can only be contacted over email and it takes them weeks to resolve an issue (In this case, even after 3 weeks, I'm still unable to trade via Kuvera). When you are dealing in the Market, a fast resolution becomes even more paramount and such delays to the tune of weeks is unheard off. Extremely disappointed! Update: Going on 4 wks & after multiple assurances, Kuvera still unable to give me access to my own A/C

The best investing app so far. I have been using it for a long time now. However, recently, the images and icons of the app have stopped showing. When I open the app, there are no icons and images in places they used to be. Also, for some reason, the app keeps logging me out out of nowhere. It happened on my wife's app too, hence the two stars instead of five. This is a minor cosmetic issue but worth looking into. Please correct whatever issue is there.
