Ratings and reviews

Takes long time to setup the account. You can't contact the team as you are totally dependent on their chat bot. While on other apps, your account is ready within few hours for investment, here even after days , you have to wait. Even offline SIP starts within a couple of days. What's the use of this app if they are unable to cut down the timing??

Everything is fine until something is messed up and assistance is required from the customer service. This serves as an example for how a customer must not be treated. They take a minimum of 3-4 days to reply to the follow up emails. I still haven't received my funds credited after 15+ days of contacting their customer service. They are not professional at all. Better to use fund houses directly for investments.

The app SUCKS in multiple ways! 1. No biometric login 2. No direct UPI payments thru apps like GPay or PhonePe but ONLY UPI-Collect-request is supported! ---- The problem are: 1. UPI-Collect has VERY LOW daily limit! 2. Net-Banking or other modes typically do NOT settle on the same biz-day, getting an NAV only for the next day! ---- I was looking out for a worthy alternative to ETMoney which is busy selling Genius-membership and all, but NO, Kuvera too sucks bigtime!
