my experience is 50/50 when you try to get someone they dont answer 90% of the time i called and text and no answer but they will call you only if you get a trip after that trip is done you can never reach anyone and thats so annoying because sometimes we need to reach them for important things so for that I give a 2 star because communication is very important!!!!

Bad app. misleading, you can see 100+ orders and apply for everyone and you can't get one. At least that's my experience.
