About The Drivers4Me App

Whether you are looking for a short 2 hour trip, a daily office or school trip, a road-trip for the weekend or a planned outstation holiday; Drivers4Me has the perfect professional driver for your private car. Here's how it works:
- Pick a type of trip - In City (One way/Round Trip), Outstation Round trip, Mini-Outstation Round Trip
- Decide on your pickup and destination location.
- Select your vehicle type
- Schedule the date, time and duration for the trip.
- Pick a payment mode (You can pay by Cash at the end, or by using D4M Credits, an online prepaid wallet-like payment system which can be recharged using cards, internet banking, UPI, Paytm, and more!).
- An estimate of the trip will be shown to you, with a complete breakdown of the fare.
- Confirm your booking. You can view the status of your booking on the app.
- Your trip is matched with a Driver near you. An SMS notification and an in-app notification is provided. You can also view the details of your driver (name, photo, licence, etc.) from the App itself.
- Your driver will arrive at the designated time and location and your trip will begin.
- Throughout the trip, you can go anywhere (within city bounds for in city trips) and make any number of stops.
- You can view the current fare, elapsed time on the app, along with the driver's live location throughout the trip.
- Throughout the trip you get notifications for trip confirmation, starting, stop and fare display.
- Once the destination is reached, the trip ends, and the fare is calculated and displayed on the App. This is displayed on the app along with an SMS and in-app notification.
- Your past trips are stored in the App for reference along with their fare and other details.

Ratings and reviews

The App's FAQ is planned and designed to keep the users in the DARK. The charges and costs are not in one place. You have search the whole of FAQs to find the hidden charges. The support is chat based, slow and not reliable. Can't call them. if they call and you can't take the call then it's closed. You call back they won't pickup the call to respond. Drivers misuse the system implemented.

Worst service. I booked a driver 5 hours ago. They confirmed the booking. They allocated the driver. The driver called me for the confirmation. I thought the driver would come on time. But 10 minutes before my journey when I checked the app, I saw the driver cancelled. I didn't get any notification for cancellation. 3rd class app. their customer service is also very bad.

Initially this app was very good but off late the services has dropped down and drivers have become unreliable cancelling at last minute and there is no support or prompt responses from the App anymore . am uninstalling this app as I was suppose to go out today with my wife but was left stranded without any driver or response on the App at the last minute.! Guys Please choose DriveU App.!It's costly but reliable!
