Bike was in good condition and easy to ride. Given the lack of bike hubs in the area, though, it would've been helpful to have a feature where holds only start charging usage rates after X amount of minutes or if holds just charged a reduced rate.

Smooth experience. Only complaint is the slowness of locking at the end compared to the seamless experience of docked bike shares like Citi bike or Blue bike

Useless. When I opened the app there was not a single bike share spot in Amity or Westville.
