that's it! I have had it! every single time I try to use one of these redwood bike share it doesn't work. last time I was able to unlock the bike but I couldn't move the bike anywhere. this time it's 100% the fault of the app. for my trouble some guy who I think is the head of transportation gave me a coupon for three free rides that does not expire until March and the coupon does load on the app but when I tell it to proceed to The next step It glitches and says payment method is rejected! why?

Map Interface is a bit confusing and weird but besides that it worked great, it was really intuitive. Only problem for me is not even the app but the low amount of stations to leave the bikes at. Hope more stations are put out soon, this service saved as I was walking home at night from my work shift. I don't mind having to walk a bit but it'd be great if there were more stations around instead of just 6. Overall great service and good app 👍

Good idea, but only a couple of hubs are beyond easy walking distance to a SMART station. What's the point of riding an electric bike if walking is easier? For something like this to work, it's got to have a lot of hubs over long distances. Or else allow people to park the bikes in random places. App is also obscure and difficult to use.
