The first was good but nowadays the service is so low, the delivery takes longer and got the wrong items like the size, color and the staff have no solution at all. The order items always stuck in some progress always make us go to complain a lot and wait

If you want to use this company, be careful. You may feel upset because the delivery takes a very long time. Also, if you deposit money into their wallet, it is very hard to withdraw. I tried to withdraw $117, but they only allow 10%, so I could request only $11.7. After I requested, it stayed pending for almost 2 weeks and I still didn’t receive the money. In the end, I had no choice but to use the money instead of withdrawing it.

The services provided by this company are very good. Problem is, after you install their app you'll be immediately bombarded with promotional popups on your phone every single day without having the option to disable them. This is unacceptable. Ask your developers to learn how to consider the user experience and avoid those bad habits too frequent in this country.
