Horrible service. Products are stuck at "Purchasing". Cannot withdraw money because there's a system error. There's so many wrong things about this app. Their ratings were 4.9 and now it's 2.9, a big drop, might as well shut it down.

Worst experience ever! DRSB is highly irresponsible. I placed an order and paid in full a long time ago, but they never made the purchase. They kept me in the dark without any explanation or updates on whether the item was unavailable. To make matters worse, they are now avoiding my messages and making it extremely difficult to get my money back. Absolutely terrible service!

If you want to use this company, be careful. You may feel upset because the delivery takes a very long time. Also, if you deposit money into their wallet, it is very hard to withdraw. I tried to withdraw $117, but they only allow 10%, so I could request only $11.7. After I requested, it stayed pending for almost 2 weeks and I still didn’t receive the money. In the end, I had no choice but to use the money instead of withdrawing it.
