Ratings and reviews

Cannot open the updated app with Android 12 (Pixel 5a). I ended up updating the app on my old phone (Android 6 in an Honor 8 phone). But instructions to reset mobile token are confusing. Tried it for more than an hour with multiple attempts to finally make it work. Downloading speed is not ideal, but I just assume it's because I tried to log in from overseas. Have much room for improvement.

Crashed right after accepting the terms, allowing access to phone storage. I mean, the website on browser is already really slow and look outdated for 20years. Now the app is not even functional. I have their previous app. I really don't understand why they decided to create a whole new app instead of updating the old app. My credentials were saved in previous app and this can be inconvenient for people that are oversea where they do not have access to a branch to reset their password.

The app was working fine last night. But now it's updated, it has reset my mobile bank token twice (I spent all night last night verifying, updating, resubmitting my hkid scan on my new phone) and today the app keeps freezing and crashing when I try to login. It's also told me my fingerprint login has to be reset and will constantly crash the app too. The app was perfectly fine yesterday. I don't know what's happened but please BOC fix this. 🙏
