Alfaco Readings is the official app for Alfaco field operators. It's designed to quickly, efficiently, and reliably record meter readings, service disconnections, and reconnections, even in areas without network coverage.

MAIN FEATURES

• Meter Readings: Record consumption directly in the field, with data validation.

• Service Disconnections: Manage and document disconnections assigned to your route.

• Reconnections: Record reconnections simply and traceably.

• Offline Mode: Capture all your information even without a signal. Data is saved on the device and automatically syncs when you regain internet access.

• Background Sync: Your records are automatically sent, so you don't have to worry about losing information.

• Work Maps: View service points and customers on your route, including the Large Customers map.

• Photo Log: Attach photos as evidence of each operation. • GPS Geolocation: Each operation is located with coordinates for greater control and backup.
