I changed my handset,went to the bank and filled a deactivation form for old phone to date,I still cannot transact via this useless app,your customer service seem not to even understand the problem,I wrote to you,and no solution was offered. This is the worst experience ever,am literally frustrated,what is Soo hard put your systems in order. You aren't helpful at all.

This new version has problems in checking statements. If you have more than one account no matter how many times I swipe and tap my second account to check the balance, it always loads the balance of the first one after I input my pin. Secondly, when viewing statements, due to the new fees + taxes, there are three entries for one transaction and you can only view a maximum of 21 transactions (even though it says 30) so if want to view older transactions then that, it's not possible.

I can barely get past the sign up screen. Keeps throwing the error that my photo doesn't match my ID like, why? Shaved off my beard even to match up with my ID card snap. Kindly do not advertise the ability to sign up remotely if it doesn't work. Uninstalled the app, reinstalled, cleared data + cache, did a device reboot and switched from using WiFi to data. I barely have time to leave the house as I'm tied to my work and remote classes, now I have to find time to go visit a branch. Frustrating.
