the app is at least fine but I have issues recently I lost my phone and my local sim card is in that phone I am out of the country I downloaded the app but not functioning because the app has to be deactivated from old device with that number kindly improve on that by providing alternative options and also I wish you respond faster for your customer

Best bank app. Easy to use and glad you take customer feedback; such as when I suggested currency conversion within the app. One more suggestion, you have to allow more than one device. Please don't say "for security reasons". Inevitably nowadays we have multiple devices. You can ensure security by having security authentication from primary device or e-mail, etc. If a customer is careless, even on a single device they still will be.

This new version has problems in checking statements. If you have more than one account no matter how many times I swipe and tap my second account to check the balance, it always loads the balance of the first one after I input my pin. Secondly, when viewing statements, due to the new fees + taxes, there are three entries for one transaction and you can only view a maximum of 21 transactions (even though it says 30) so if want to view older transactions then that, it's not possible.
