I looked into Due and found it fits what I needed well - support for stablecoins and borderless deposits. While it's a bit unnatural that everything is handled via email only, no phone numbers, my verification was handled within 24h and the deposit was verified. I don't care if they have no phone numbers, I care that they delivered exactly what they promised.

Getting a sweet reply with hearts on my review today, while receiving an email on the exact same day giving me a 1-month deadline before my account is closed due to a total ban on my country—is pure irony. Disappointing experience, especially after Due was truly my top choice 🤦💔

1 star. After going through the full onboarding process and uploading my passport, I got stuck at the verification stage with no way to resolve it. I tried reaching support multiple times but received no response and found no functional support channel. For a financial app, this is completely unacceptable.
