The free version supports the core roast workflow within local limits. A one-time Premium purchase raises capacity limits and unlocks advanced comparison. Existing records stay readable and portable JSON backup remains available.
No account is required. Roast data stays on your device unless you export it. RoastTrace does not control roasting equipment and its timer or notifications are not fire, ventilation, or food-safety devices.
