The process is easy and convenient. The doctor was great. I thought it was same day access to licensed vets. But my appointment was scheduled 3 days later. That was disappointing. The prescription was also super expensive. I am using Dutch for convenience and to save money. The same issue for allergies at the same time of year (different dog) last year with an in person vet cost me $43 total for the office visit, prescription, and injection. This is double that just for the prescription.

Good service from veterinarian. wish they were 15 minutes calls because 10 just doesn't seem to be enough. because that's what normal office visits are. sometimes the ordering of prescription meds can be a little confusing. and the history of meds that are not being ordered through Dutch should be deleted. but other than that it's really a good service to have and I highly recommend it to anyone.

process was easy. sign up, vet vist went well. issue when I went to place my order for meds. I clicked check out. next thing I know im looking at a screen showing the order was processed... with someone else's card. I was not offered the opportunity to select the correct card and confirm everything prior to processing. immediately went to look for cancel order, no way to cancel the order. Dutch is 24/7? yet no support? email sent but in the meantime im gonna catch some heat for this fla
