Duux v2.0 – This new app is only for use with the newest models of the Edge, Threesixty, Bright, Beam and Beam Mini products (only compatible with serial numbers starting with “22”). The app will help you identify if you need to use this version, or our other “Duux” app.

Does anyone know of a way around having to use this app? Practically useless in every single way. Rarely updates temperature readings. 95% of the time incorrectly reflects the status of the heater I have set up in the app. Out of the box, set up took 5 attempts as the app kept crashing - on a device more than capable of running this primitive app. Such a shame because the heater itself looks great and works well. Disappointing.

It is able to connect to my Duux dehumidifier. I noticed initially the current humidity level wasn't populated and it took several minutes to appear. If you change modes physically, it is not reflected on the app. I set mine to continuous and it still reports auto on the app. Also, the fan speed buttons are inverted (II is I and vice-versa).

This is one of the worst "smart" devices I've ever purchased. It looks beautiful and installation was flawless. Sadly, the online services are utterly useless. Every time I setup Google Home integration it works for a day or two, then goes offline. The app still connects so it's not the WiFi. Removing and re-adding it to Google home fixes the problem for a day or so, then it goes offline again. The app itself also goes down on a regular basis. I should have brought a cheap smart plug instead.
