Ratings and reviews

There is no way to try out the app without creating an account. Promotional material highlights that it is free to download. However, it forces you to create an account and set up a free trial which then turns into a paid subscription. Other apps offer limited features for free with no account creation. This app offers nothing without an account, and doesn't appear to have any free option, even a limited offering. I won't create an account, so I never was able to try it.

A wonderful app, bringing me closer to God. The audio is exceptional with such a variety of different voices of both genders. I downloaded it just to do the 7 day trial but found that it became an amazing resource and the reflections both morning and evening became a joyous part of my day, so I purchased the year subscription. I highly recommend this, there's so many reading plans and other resources alongside bible audio.

I've had this app for a few years and use it daily, but I won't be renewing. The same bugs never get fixed. When you pause the audio on a device like your headphones during the silent reflection, you can't un-pause it by pushing your headphones again like you do with a music app. You have to get out the phone and push play. It sucks because the obvious time to pause is between the verses. Stuff like that should get fixed for $40 a year, especially when you have already reported it.
