i signed up for a 3 day trial and was still charged before i had the chance to even try this! I'm not happy about this! How do I get a refund? This isn't good.

Hi, the 3-day trial is only for yearly - monthly charges immediately. You may have picked monthly by mistake, or already used your trial before. Sorry about this! For refund: play.google.com > profile > Payments & subscriptions > order history > Report a problem

Hi Naj, this is absolutely not the case. The only way you would have been charged is if you subscribed. Monthly charges immediately, yearly has a 3-day free trial. You may have selected monthly thinking it had a trial, or didn't cancel the yearly trial. Please email me at hello@detoxifi.com with details and I'll help sort this out.
