I've been doing surveys for over 6 years and was actually able to supplement my income with the gift cards but since they've "improved" the site I'm lucky if I get 2 gift cards a month. They went from paying 25 cents a survey if you didn't qualify to 20 cents and I have done 10 in a row and gotten nothing for all the time I wasted. And don't get me started on spending 30 minutes on a survey, getting to the end and then getting an error message! Customer service is a waste of time as well.

App is easy to use but I've spent close to an hour on 2 separate surveys each, and when I got to finish an error occurred and the surveys ended up not getting finished. One of them said there would be a link either to my email or to the website (what ever was used for this) to finish but it was through the app, still I checked both and nothing.

Terrible app. Only downloaded it because of a Fuel Rewards promo. Took 3 surveys just to try and complete 1 for the promo and haven't been able to complete any of them for one reason or another. The last survey I took was a waste of 25 freaking minutes to then be given 5 possible reasons as to why I was able to be given credit for the survey. I would love to use some harsh language in this review to properly show my annoyance towards this app. Don't waste your time!
