I have recently got a Dyness battery system. The app has been downloaded but I have absolutely no idea how to use or understand the data shown so I have no idea if the battery is working or not. Really needs Dyness to do a youtube tutorial.

2 off Dyness Powerbricks - with "built in WiFi". App will NOT initiate communications / communicate via any local WiFi 2.4Ghz network. "Network Setup Failed - Configuration Timeout". Have tried 2 different local 2.4Ghz networks, 3 different phones, scanning WiFi dongle QR codes on side of batteries, manually inputting WiFi name and password on app, clearing app data on phone and completely uninstalling / reinstalling the app. App completely unusable / useless for me at this stage.

This app doesn't work. You can register the basic battery installation, but when I tried adding warranty details or connecting to the battery, it is impossible. The warranty details require distributor and installer details but these can only be selected from lists in the app. All I see is South African companies and I'm in the UK! The bluetooth connection attempts to the battery permanently fail, despite repeated attempts. Pretty poor all round.
