Dyno Fit HMI is an intelligent interface installed on fixed tablets attached to weight training equipment.
Developed exclusively for gyms, the application transforms conventional machines into connected and digitized training stations, offering precise data and real-time visual feedback during exercise.
IMPORTANT: This application requires the proprietary Dyno Fit hardware (ESP32 Bluetooth sensors with encoder and load cell) installed on the equipment. It does not function as a standalone app.
The application is part of an ecosystem of applications that also includes the user app, where training history and graphs can be viewed, the personal trainer app, and the gym app.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Gyms and training centers that want to offer embedded technology in their equipment, providing a differentiated experience for students and concrete data for instructors and personal trainers.
REAL-TIME MONITORING
During exercise, the tablet displays a live graph with the movement and load curve captured by the sensors.
The student sees each repetition displayed on the screen, with the actual amplitude in centimeters. Sensors record the workload and displacement, allowing for the instantaneous calculation of mechanical work in Joules and an estimate of calories consumed by the body.
REPETITION AND SETS COUNTING
The motion detection algorithm automatically identifies each repetition, eliminating the need for user counting. The system monitors amplitude, speed, and consistency of movement, providing real-time feedback that allows for immediate correction of execution.
SET MANAGEMENT
The app automatically controls sets, rest time, and transitions. Upon completing the configured repetitions, the rest timer starts. After the interval, the next set begins with the history preserved.
DETAILED POST-WORKOUT SUMMARY
Upon completion of the exercise, a summary screen displays:
• Repetitions per set,
• Average range of motion per set,
• Proportion of time in concentric and eccentric phases,
• Execution time per set,
• Load per set,
• Calorie consumption (estimate),
• Total mechanical work (kJ),
• Overall average range of motion,
• Number of repetitions,
• Number of sets.
ACCESS MODES
• Identified login: the user accesses with the user app, by reading a QR code available in this application, or with an ID and password previously registered in the user application, linking their workouts to their personal history.
• Anonymous mode: allows immediate use without identification.
DUAL EQUIPMENT SUPPORT
Equipment with two functions (e.g., Vertical Lat Pulldown/Low Row) is natively supported. The student selects the desired function before starting the exercise, and the registration is made in the correct muscle group.
MULTI-GYM ARCHITECTURE (SaaS)
Users who train in multiple gyms can access their equipment and workouts normally, provided they are properly registered.
