VibrateBLE connects to your BLE bracelet and vibrates it the moment an important call comes in or a Telegram bot message matches your keywords. No sound, no fuss — just a discreet wrist vibration, even when your screen is locked.

PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED
• Call detection: reads phone state/caller number to trigger vibration; may register as your call-screening app
• Location (BLE scan): required by Android to scan for BLE devices only — never GPS
• Bluetooth: connects to and vibrates your paired bracelet
• Battery optimization / auto-start: keeps the alert service running through reboots and background limits
• Display over other apps: shows alerts/logs on your lock screen
• Contacts (optional): pick a number when adding an alert, show a saved contact's name for recognized calls
