Horrible experience...I HAVE NO CODEI. I NEED MY MEDICAL RECORDS FROM A DOCTORS OFGICE THAT ABRUPTLY CLOSED.

This app sucks, there are "No codes" or "appointment ID's" that you get on the Telemedicine appointment text messages and doctor not found. Doesn't surprise me at all 🤬👎

Oh no! We sincerely apologize for the troubles you've had with the app. You should receive a text message from your doctor's office with a link. You do not need to enter any codes manually once you click on the link, it will automatically take you to the Televisit video room.
