EA app is good but I have big issues with the hardware and charging stations. 1)biggest issue for VWs at some stations the cable is way too short to reach charge port. 2,) PLEASE get rid of the two plugs per station nonsense!!!! 3.) App should NOT include the level 2 plug to indicate what stations are "available". Separate dot on the map maybe. . Good side customer service is easy to contactcphone number right on the station, they're helpful.

Thanks for continuing to improve the app & service! Fewer hiccups each month! Would love to see when peak usage times have been by day in the past month for a charging station so that I can choose less popular times. The back button should not completely exit the app from the charging station status screen. It should instead return to the map view.

The app has no instructions. I had to call customer service for help. To initialize a charge you need to select the individual charging station from the apps map. I would have never know that. Each station has a number printed at the top of the station kiosk. I couldn't get the NFC to work at the station. It's not a well though out system, charging cables are extremely heavy and the stations are to close together. Only one changing outlet can be used at any give time but each station has two charging outlets. The station times out in less that 60 seconds, so you have to be quick to get the charge started. And why is the charging cable so low on the kiosk, I had a hell f a time getting the stiff heavy cable back into the stations holder. The app does provide notifications of charge status in real time and it looks pretty. Once you get the charge initialized it is quick, but it shouldn't be this difficult.
