Think your zombie-bashing strategy is the best? Put your planting skills to the test when you face other players in Arena. Enter Arena and compete against other players to get the highest score on unique levels. Earn coins, piñatas, and more to top the leaderboards, level up through Leagues, and become the ultimate garden guardian.

Battle across 11 crazy worlds, from Ancient Egypt to the Far Future, and beyond. I am in love with this game. Finished it a bit ago and I came back to play it again! I love how many worlds there are and how you can unlock so many plants. There are a bit more ads than I could handle so I just play offline. I just wish there was more of an ending instead of just an empty world slot but overall I adore it and would 100℅ recommend it to anyone who wants to kill time!

The game itself is good, but there's too much for sale and WAY TOO MANY ADS. Upgrades cost up to $99.00! Fun, but it limits you unless you're ready to throw down big money over time. Also, customer service is available at PopCap, but they only answer the parts of your inquiry that they like. The rest they ignore... even when you press them on it. Jan 2026 update: The ads have gotten even worse. Time to stop playing altogether.

Fun if you like loosing and repeating levels over and over again. Levels feel very constricting. Almost all levels forces you to beat the level with a predetermined squad that they define as "strategy." Premium is nothing than more a waste of money on plants you'll never use 'cause they keep forcing you to use their squad repeatedly. Premium plants are weak, forcing you to pay more money to level them up to even make them useful. Over 3/4's of the plants in the game are locked behind a paywall.
