Ratings and reviews

App crashes once you authenticate and it loads data. EA doesn't care and won't be fixing the issue anytime soon. Their MO is to close any ticket anyone opens on this, directing them to a generic mobile game troubleshooting page. Expect this to maybe get fixed next time they fully redesign the entire app from the ground up. This has been broken for multiple years now and they don't even want to acknowledge the issue exists.

Always puts me on the Ultimate Team page whenever I click 'Franchise' the first time I open the app. It's highly annoying since I only play franchise mode and don't ever play (and will never play) Ultimate Team. Also, you can not effectively place other teams or your own team on Auto-Pilot in Franchise. This is a necessity. Giving 2 stars though instead of 1 because I do appreciate the ability to export rosters and stats. The app just needs a lot of work on the franchise side for sure.

This app doesn't deserve a star. It sucks it won't open up, you click on it & it goes back to the main screen. I've looked up videos, read articles to figure out why it won't work. I've done every step to fix it according to what I've read and watched still won't work. I've tried using the app since it came out, I haven't been able to play it, is never worked. Madden fix your app!!! After all the updates & everything else done to it too make it better ,its worse than ever.
