Join the Crowd: Subscribe and become a member of the healthcare crowdfunding community. Members can connect with a Business Profile, and their subscription is managed through the associated Business Profile.
Pay Cash Price & Submit Bills: Ask your provider for a cash (self pay) price, then take a photo of your bill using the app to submit it for review.
Receive Community Support: For eligible bills above your member commitment, funds are crowdsourced from the community.
Advocacy & Discounts: Get help from your personal Care Advocate to negotiate bills, access discounted prescriptions, and find providers.

Eligibility & Limits
There is a 60 day waiting period before you can submit bills.
You cover the first 500 USD of eligible expenses (or 3000 USD for maternity) before crowdfunding applies.
Some pre existing conditions are disallowed or limited during the first two years.
Not all treatments qualify (for example cosmetic procedures).
Note: CrowdCare is not insurance and does not satisfy state or federal insurance mandates. Use alongside other coverage if needed. Membership subscriptions are managed through the member's associated Business Profile.
