One of the easiest internet providers to set up. However, I only use it out of necessity because the reliability of the Internet is subpar. It buffers more than ideal just when browsing the internet. HOWEVER - somehow it put up with my multiplayer online gaming. While it isn't great connectivity, I can do what I need to do, and as long as I'm the only user, it's reliable enough. I appreciate their coverage, as I live in a very rural area. The pricing? Fine. Others are worse.

Terrible service. It buffers so badly and is definitely NOT WORTH the price. Unfortunately, there aren't any other options in my area. So I'm stuck with this maybe it works and maybe it won't until this other company who will be ready in a couple of months becomes available. I even connected eeros to it, but apparently, if there isn't any internet to expand, they are useless. We're stuck with watching TV in the living room close to the modem, which is by a window in order to maybe watch TV.

App is hit or miss. Most times i get charged twice when I only confirmed once! The internet is trash. We are in 2024 data caps are outdated and ignorant. We have to spend 3x the amount of our bill just in extra data and we can't even stream. Our area has limited options and they all suck unfortunately but this company takes the cake.
