I don't love this system. First of all, I downloaded the English version on purpose (after waiting for it for ages), so why are the automated messages and some menu elements still in Chinese? The prices change after you make the order and as you have to pay the driver, they expect you to pay the higher amount. This has happened twice now, very sneaky. The prices seem to be lower than other apps, but I'm not sure it's worth it as the drivers are not as efficient or nice as other services.

My experience for the app... I enjoyed it at first because the app gave me £5 voucher and I used it to buy bubble tea for free. How ever their delivery service is really bad, I ordered food and the shop has done it but there's no driver delivering it to me, meaning the food has been left at the shop for a long time. Easi should have organised the delivery service better or at least communicate with the restaurant before the food is done.

Terrible experience. does not save details for orders. tried to order a pickup order locally but went to wrong place. so i select cancel. that did not work. so i try to contact support to add delivery. that did not work. try to change the order, turns out u can say u have picked it up before its even cooked. that did not work. could not get support to help me cancel. told me to get private deliverer. ended up just walking and buying from shop manually. much easier...
