The names of purchases are so vague and random unless you click into something to see what it is. Why isn't proper spelling and capitalization used in the app? Why all lower case for proper nouns? No ability to link an account with another Eastern Bank user like you could with Harbor One. The app seems very archaic. Not a fan of the colors/display.

I STILL can't log in. It says my username and password is wrong, when it's not. It won't let me reset my password. And I am PAYING to have my transactions tracked on a separate budgeting app, but they haven't been able to connect with EB for MONTHS! I got my very 1st bank account at my EB in 1980 when it was a different name, and then got my 1st checking acct there in 1998, which is still my only checking account! THIS is making me think it's time to switch banks!

The upp is much worse than the previous one. The fingerprint logon is working during the setting before you close the app, then disappears. However, when you go in the settings again, you see a message that the biometrick already turned on(?). After the inactivity, the last creen with all information becomes visible at the upp at the opening without logon. There is not poossibility to turn off the upp easily. You have to go to More, scrooldown, and log out. - It is very inconvenient
