I didn't use the app, it was too expensive at coop points. At least I was able to take a look around without making an account on the map to see if charging points I want to use are available. sadly not all. and more expensive as Ewe go. 3 stars for not being forced to make an account and see prices at possible charging points.

The decision to remove PayPal as the payment method is not very user-oriented, IMHO. Now I must provide the details of my credit card EVERY goddamn time again and again. There is virtually no possibility to save them, as well as it is impossible to create an account without having a charging card (what is the purpose of the app then?!), which I do not want to have, as I pursue digital-only service, no useless cards in my portmone. Lots of other small bugs.

The good thing: Some aspects like location, availability and prices usually work. But the most important function i.e. letting your car charge is VERY IFFY at best: Even though charger and car seemed to agree that the juice was flowing the app insisted "Something went wrong. Try again". I did. Repeatedly. After 20 minutes of that I gave up and walked away. Some unspecified time later the app came to its senses. But the frustration about "try again"! So annoying.
