About this app

Nail your nutrition during all your cycling, running and triathlon workouts. Create fully personalized nutrition plans; track and evaluate your carbohydrate burn and intake.

Do you ever wonder how much nutrition to take during your workouts? EatMyRide is the #1 nutrition app for endurance athletes. From planning nutrition to evaluating your intake and from carbohydrates for performance to proteins for swift recovery: it’s all in there.

CREATE PERSONALIZED FUELING PLANS
Get a personalized nutrition and drink plan for all your workouts. You can sync your TrainingPeaks workouts or routes from Strava, Komoot or RideWithGPS. EatMyRide calculates how much you need and creates a planning with the products of your choice. When you have planned your workout EatMyRide also gives you advice what to eat before and after the exercise.

GET REALTIME INSIGHTS ON YOUR GARMIN
The nutrition plan can be synced to your Garmin device to get realtime notifications during the workout. If you want to know your carb burn and intake in realtime you can use the Carbohydrate Burn / Intake Balancer on your Garmin.

SYNC YOUR ACTIVITIES AND GET INSIGHT INTO YOUR BURN AND INTAKE
After your exercise the activity is automatically synced from Strava, Wahoo or Garmin to EatMyRide. Get detailed insight into your carbohydrate burn and nutrition intake and learn how you could improve. Enhance your recovery using the personalized recovery meal advice.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
Training the gut is important for fanatic athletes. This means that you learn the body to get used to high carbohydrate intake. This in its turn helps to improve your performance. With EatMyRide you can track your progress and know exactly whether you are on track to perform optimally during your race or event.

LEARN YOUR FLUID REQUIREMENTS
Sufficient energy and proper hydration form the basis of optimal performance during exercise. Test your sweat loss and know how much fluids you need to replenish during all workouts.

INTEGRATION WITH THE RELEVANT PLATFORMS
All the connections with the well-known cycling and running apps and devices are there, so using EatMyRide is simple and convenient.

Decent App but room for improvement. There needs to be more food options preloaded into the app and there seems to be a bug where the previous day populates the current days meals/snacks. I have to go through and delete them before putting something else in. It would also be nice to see a history of how I'm eating. I think you can only do that by scrolling back through the days

Looks like it'll be very useful for ride planning. However, I'm surprised it is missing a very easy-to-implement feature. As far as I can tell, you can't get it to send notifications to your phone to eat/drink etc. It only is compatible with specific Garmin GPS devices, so getting the reminders as phone notifications after pressing a "start" button would be very useful for those of us without those specific devices.

Been really enjoying using the app over the past few weeks. Really good to know that I'm hitting my targets regarding fueling myself for training and recovery. The all has a few minor things I'd like to change and that would give it 5 starts then.
