How does Bkool Fitness work?
The Bkool Fitness app uses cadence, heart rate, or power data collected from your wireless exercise devices to power you through an expanding library of indoor cycling classes. The ultimate experience is when it is paired with a controllable smart bike or a controllable smart bike trainer.

Bkool Smart Bike
The perfect match! The first indoor bike with automatic resistance control. You will train by power.
Bkool Smart trainers, and ANT+ FE-C smart trainers offer automatic resistance control. You will train by power.
ANT+ and Bluetooth Low Energy power meters are compatible in manual resistance mode. You will train by power.
Bkool cadence transmitters, and other ANT+ or Bluetooth Low Energy cadence transmitters are compatible in manual resistance mode. You will train by cadence.
Heart Rate Monitors
Bkool heart rate monitors, and other ANT+ or Bluetooth Low Energy heart rate monitors are compatible in manual resistance mode. You will train by pulse.
