Built with advanced security technology, QuiQ uses biometric authentication and One-Time Passwords (OTPs) sent via SMS or email to securely authorise transactions.

One of QuiQ's key advantages is the ability to reset your password without having to visit a branch. To register for the service, simply visit your nearest Standard Bank branch.

It was a good simple app. Now it crashes before even login.

Easy to use! Fingerprint🫆 login doesn't accept on my device, after activate it, the app goes down “NetPlus has stopped working”. Device: Infinix Model: Hot 60i Android OS: 15

Overall the app has worked well, however I have 2 main issues: 1. When you have an announcement pop up about a change or a maintenance schedule, I can't login with my fingerprint. I have to login with my password in those moments which is annoying. 2. Payment services to other entities - I don't understand why I can't pay services (e.g other Internet providers) that are not listed in your app by default? I'm forced to go to an ATM that is dar from where I live. Hopefully this can be fixed.
