NETPlus allows you to access your accounts anytime and anywhere, to make intra and interbank transfers in real time.
It is a robust electronic channel designed with the latest graphics and authentication transactions technology, using SMS TOKEN or combinations of matrix card positions.
The greatest advantage is the possibility of password recovery without having to go to the branch for that purpose.
Access the NETPlus using the same access codes used for "Mobile" and "Desktop" versions.

Ratings and reviews

A lot of bugs, Doesn't provide transaction details, extended statements (just 7 days), PDF file, transaction history is not accurate. Updates doesn't resolve old issues.

the app is almost not functional, payments to government JUE and some others don't even work, sending money to Mpeasa works but to emola it doesn't work. I have to always go to the Internet bankimg website to get a working version. I don't see the point of the app if most features don't work as they are supposed to

The app is just OK. But always and again,I have to say always have issues. Standard is a solid bank, but their online service are always down or in maintenance or simple dont login, or the application crush during your transactions. The web portal has the same issue.. I can't understand what is wrong with your IT department and infrastructure that is not performing for years, again have to say for year, facing the same issue. And it's not an isolated case, I know several people with same issues.
