peoplEBL is a mobile-based human resource application for Eastern Bank Ltd Dhaka, Bangladesh employees. Applications in the core suite include personal information, absence and time entry, appraisal history, service requisition hub, emergency contacts, etc. Cloud-based deployment provides EBL employees with remote access, and the platform is designed to work on mobile and desktop devices. The software automatically tracks accrued vacation time and employee absences. It helps employee participation in different employee engagement programs. Requisition hub makes people's life easy, and service is provided faster and easier. Support is provided online and over the phone. The Application Development team of the Information & Communication Technology Division of EBL developed the application, and the Organization Development team of the Human resources Division designed it. The application is an online service provider tool of eblHR.
