I came to Sri Lanka recently and suddenly couldn't make any financial transactions using EBL Skybanking, despite having two active credit cards with sufficient limits. The app shows 'financial transaction unavailable' without any prior notice or warning. I emailed customer care but haven't received any helpful solution yet. This unexpected issue caused me serious inconvenience during an international trip. Very disappointing experience.

The EBL Sky Banking app is generally good, but I’ve noticed an issue — when an MFS transaction fails or shows an error, the amount still gets debited from the account. This causes inconvenience for customers. I hope the bank will look into this matter and fix it as soon as possible.

In order to perform any types of transactions I've to enable my location??! And no matter how many times I cancel the dialog it pops right back up and until I turn my location on there is no way to use this app!! What type of nonsense is this??? What exactly this app does with my location enabled??? Can you explain why I have to enable my location to transfer funds to my bkash?? Why are you forcing users to turn their device's location on?? It's completely user's choices and you can not force.
