Thank you for your previous response. However, I’m disappointed to say that the same issue happened again today. When I tried to make an MFS transfer, the transaction showed an error/failure, but the amount was still debited from my account. This is very concerning for customers because money should not be deducted when a transaction fails. I request the bank to take this issue seriously and resolve this technical problem permanently to prevent further inconvenience.

I’ve been using the EBL Skybanking App for a while now, and overall, it’s a very convenient and user-friendly platform. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, making everyday banking tasks like fund transfers, bill payments, and balance checks quick and hassle-free.

Please add a download receipt option beside recently performed transactions in history. This is a very useful function provided by other banking apps but absent in EBL Sky banking. I'm disappointed !
